PRE-ORDERING : What is it?

Before launching the production of our collections in our small Paris' workshops, we will now allow our customers to order those designs of our upcoming collection, before they are actually physically made.

Pre-Orders will only be opened for a limited time, usually for 1 or 2 weeks before we start the making of our designs.

By funding the making of the designs you have selected, we the designers wont have to look for external funds coming along with extra-fees, allowing you the customer to get a nice discount on your purchase.

All PRE-ORDERED designs will receive an IMMEDIATE 20% OFF the retail price!

CUSTOMER'S BENEFITS:

• you order the designs you like (you can ask advises to the designer by giving your measurements in the metric system).
• you are 100% sure to get the design(s) you liked in the color/versions you preferred!
• you pay 50% now, 50% when the design is ready to be shipped.

• we wont produce in waste designs which you are not going to like.
• we will be able to manage our limited stocks of fabrics to the best by only making what is needed.
• we will be able to deliver you with the designs of your likings, with the exact color/version you wanted without being out of stock.
• we will be able to streamline our financial costs, offering our customers the best prices possible.

OUR COMMITMENTS:

• we commit ourselves to provide you with the design you ordered in the size which fits you the best even if you ordered a different one (you will have to pay for the extra shipment costs if any applies).
• we commit ourselves to make one alteration on the design(s) FOR FREE so they fit you perfectly (usually billed between EUR 15 - EUR 50 during the season - additional alterations may be done, but they may be billed - only if you can come to our shop).
• we commit ourselves to refund you the total amount you invested as a voucher you can use to buy any of our other designs, if sadly we do not manage to you give you full satisfaction after delivering the design(s) to you.

By funding yourself the designs your liked and you would have bought anyway, it allows us to reduce our prices instead of giving that extra money to banks for funding us.

It is by cutting off those middle-men we can reduce our costs and our prices. The relationship we want to develop is a direct relationship between the customer and the designer.

In this fast spinning world, we think this new way to buy will greatly help to reduce waste and unnecessary losses. By producing only what you need you are obviously getting more Eco-Friendly.
